Good day
My child\'s father is currently paying maintenance however i have asked that he gives more he then said we need to look at the expenses for the child and then split the amount between us I agreed I gave him the amount he then said he cannot afford it however I spend more on the child then he does if I ask for something extra like clothes or nappies he says he already paid.  Isn\'t it suppose to be 50 / 50 can  I request for him to pay more or even if we split everything.Â
