Late last year I received a call from agent (On air) on behalf of multi choice he said, telling me about that I have to change me decoder to dstv explora because they old one is not gonna work anymore. I asked that I need to pay for the new decoder, he said, No. I will continue to pay the amount that I'm  paying now on the old one. At the end he said I will pay 239 for decoder then he wanted my bank account I gave him then the said I have to approve their payment of R 239 and I did after that he told me about R 189  that I have to approve then I asked for what, he asked me you don't want the decoder!...... I didn't approve I hang up the phone. From there I always make sure that on the 24th I put only 300 to my account,  they started their debit with 239 now they have change to 189. Now they don't find 239 they want to debit twice. Last week I found the final notice for not paying their money. I tried to call them, what's app them I don't find them.
