good afternoon
MY bond was in arrears by R 99000.00. i cam up with 50000.00 .the attorneys that is handlong the case have a balance of 49000.00
which was broken down over 6 month .that totals to a payment of over 12000.00 that i cant afford.i spoke to the attorney and he said that the cllient wont except anything less than that.i cant afford that steep payments .he said his client which is standard bank wont except it.
if someone can please guide me on this.
