good day. i would like to know what legal actions can i take against someone who owes me money,
because i have tried to sit down with him to resolve this matter without having to involving lawyers, we even have a written agreement that he will pay me within 6months all the money he owes me and he has failed to do so, we had that agreement in may 2014, he has only paid paid me R10 000 out of the R22500 he owes me, he has only made payments 3times only from may 2014 until now, and the worse part is that i can not use this money accordingly because of the way he pays it to me, the first payment was R7000, then R2000 and now recently he paid R1000.
