Good day....My company owns a farm which we rezoned to residential 30 years ago. We then applied to Eskom for a bulk supply for fifty houses. We distribute the electricity to each house with conventional meters. We bill each owner at Eskom rates and then pay Eskom. Is this permitted? One of the residents wants to know if we are allowed to do this. Eskom knows that we operate in this manner and never had any issues in this regard from them.
