Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng
I bought a vehicle from a private seller and the seller can't hand over the ownership and is giving a hard time to refund me as promised/agreed. Apparently they sold me a vehicle that doen't belong to them. I also believe they are bullying me since theat person is an advocate.
Please advise!

Hi there,
I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.
Do you have physical possession of the vehicle? What does the seller say about the registration papers? Why can't he hand them over?
