Good day

Please could you be so kind and advise me what happens in a situation as the one I find myself in?

I was under debt review from 2009 – 2020.

I received my clearance certificates for all settled accounts. My home loan was not settled, so I did not receive a certificate.I then bought a vehicle which was much needed and discovered afterwards that there was a judgement on my namedone by the bank where my home loan was at.I also got a personal loan at this time.

Was it correct of to be granted finance for a vehicle & a personal loan if there was a judgement against my name?

Surely that is incorrect?

I would appreciate your response.

Thanking youDebbie Snyders
