Hi

I have just moved into a granny flat and before i moved in my landlord said no spiders alloud. but my geyers is faulty so i asked her to check it. Is she alloud just to go into my flat while im not there. and now thst i am in she is telling me i cant have my fish tanks. Is she alloud to incresse my rent after we agreed on.
