Question posted in the General Law category relating to Northern Cape

My father passed away in 2021. My mom is the sole heir. She has received money & the house was transferred in her name.

The rest of the estate has not been completed. There was no liabilities. There is still shares and 2 motor vehicles that has not been put into my moms name. And we have received no indication if tax has been paid. Now we hear the estate department was taken over by someone else.

The attorney who took it over said she will look into it.

What happens in this case? What can we do to make sure the estate is completed? Can we go to the Masters to complain or Legal board.
