Hi, I'm looking for legal advise on the following:
We were invited to a braai this past weekend, to people we only met once before. There were a lot of people there that night. Apparently R600 was stolen from the lady's purse. she is now accusing me and my husband of doing this. She is threatening us with the police, saying that if we don't pay the money by Friday 9:00 in the morning she will have us arrested. She stays in Port Sheptone, we stay near Pietermaritzburg. She is known for coming up with bizarre accusations. What do we do?
