Greetings, my ex wife and I have two children together. One child is living with me and the other with her. She initially waved maintenance but now that my son is 18 she has filed for maintenance and I cannot affoed to pay as my son is still in my care and studies. Both of us remarried, I have 2 other children and she has 1. Igave her our house and everything in it as well as half of my provident fund. She subsequently lost the house due to non payment which resulted in me being black listed. My bank staements show that I am unable to pay maintenance for my other son. What do I do. Please advise. Thank you
