My husband was sentence in 2007/09/21 to 17 year imprisonment, he did 2 years waiting trail from 2005, the DCS told him he does not qualified for the amnesty that was given in 2006, so they want half of his sentence that makes his date 2016/03/21. Then they got amnesty again and got six month's off, that makes his date 2015/12/21 so he should be seeing the parole board in 2015/03/21. maximum release date 2024/09/20. Sentence expiry date 2024/03/20. 1/2 Sentence period 2015/12/20 - NON PAROLE DATE 2015/12/20 - 1/6 sentence period 2010/06/20, 1/4 sentence period 2011/11/05, 1/3 sentence period 2013/03/20. Minimum detention period 2015/12/20. 2/3 sentence period 2018/09/20. Profile submissiondate 2015/09/20. Is there any way my husband can come out on correctional supervision or on the new bracelet method? I'm not doing so well was diagnose with Multi Sclerosis its hard to cope and paying the bills, I married my husband while his in jail we never had sexual intercause, I'm afraid time is running out on me. Can we apply for pardon amnesty or aduction of his sentence?
