Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
if a decision of an apex court like the constitutional court is wrong, who can review it? in other words, can a judgment of the constitutional court be challenged ?
here is an example of a wrong constitutional court judgment...the court ruled that every voter will only be eligible on a voters roll if they have a verifiable address... what about homeless people? has this judgment not taken away their right to vote?
