Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Gauteng
I just received this from a lawyer representing Mr Dave Barber and Walking With Winners rehabilitation centers in Walkerville Gauteng
I spent a short time there and one of my fellow residents was poorly treated and was sent to a hospital where he committed suicide a couple of days later. He was sectioned.
I wrote a testimony and put it online on Facebook and gumtree. I called Dave barber a racist, a narcissist and a hypocrite who was, in my opinion still using drugs.
He won't sue but will lay a charge of Crimen Injuria. I have since deleted all my posts and bad reviews.
Should I be worried?
Can I be arrested?
Will I face jail time?
Please advise

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
There is a possibility that you could be arrested still - but this would only happen if he proceeds with criminal charges. If he goes the defamation route, that would be a civil claim.
