Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
My daughter and all the staff at her company were laid off yesterday on a no work no pay basis due to the COVID-19 virus. What are her rights? She has bills to pay. They were requested to return to work on the 17th April for an evaluation meeting on the way forward. They are getting paid until yesterday 16 March only. She has bills to pay. I need your help please. I want to help her. Thank you. Lindah Engelbrecht
