Good day ,

My Name is Calvin , so a year ago i bought a Vehicle from a dealership, after purchasing the vehicle i noticed i signed a Document that stated minor spray works and works done on the car , which was my fault as i didn't read the full details as i was excited as it is my first car , a few Months after my family checked the car and told me that this car was involved in an accident and was i aware of it , eventually they assisted me and i logged a complaint with Absa , informed Absa that i suspect the Car was involved in an accident, they told me to get a Incident report which cost me R3000, i sent them the Report they then informed me that the dealership said that i was aware of the minor works done on it , but doesnt say anything about being in an accident, the dealership than went on to say that i caused the accident after receiving the Car and the Bank sided with the dealership, they continuously made me feel like it was entirely my fault .

logged a Complaint with the ombudsman as well and they closed the case stating the dealership fixed everything and blamed me and said i caused an Accident.

eventually i just accepted the outcome and just recently i went to an accredited renault dealership as i thought i would get a better car if i Trade it in , the Dealership told me that they are unable to trade the car in as it was Salavaged and they don't understand how Absa financed the car to me .

i am stuck now as i dont know what to do i have the next 4 years paying for a car in which i am so scared to drive long distances as it feels like it will just breakdown .

i would hirely appreciate any legal advice as i am out of options , not even the Bank is siding with me or helping me in any way .

Thank you
