Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
I am 16 recently my mother has been fighting for my father to come back home . She has not heard from him. I have been secretly talking to my father and he has been giving me money. The other day my mother went through my bag and found the money and say that she's taking it to court. And have to talk to the chief magistrate and take a lie detector. Can I refuse?
