Question posted in the Intellectual Property Law category relating to Gauteng
If a graphic design/marketing agency provides images and artworks that to the best of their ability and their knowledge, they ensured all work was original and all image royalties were paid for... if for whatever reason someone sues the CLIENT for the work that you did for them, for either copyright infringements of IP infringements, is there a way to protect the agency against action from the client.
Additionally, on social media, everyone reposts images many times over, are you allowed to repost images yourself or does this infringe on copyright laws?
