Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
our neighbour has not lived on his premise for about 2 years. The pool is empty but for rain water which is a mosquito haven and the garden has not been maintained; nor has the half painted exterior of the house. Are there any options for us. I have phoned him about putting something in the pool for the purposes of health, but so far nothing has been done. please help.
