Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng
Goodmorning
I just wanted to ask, in January I signed a lease agreement with Landlord and live there for the full 6 month, them the landlord renewed my lease for another year starting from 1st August till next year July.
Now I want to leave due to being mistreated and accused of tempering with electricity, but I have prove that I've been buying electricity every month, cam I terminate my lease as it's only 7 days the new agreement has started, and would I be liable for any payments for wanting to leave now when the full month has not ended of the new lease agreement?
On the lease agreement there are no clauses of leaving and there was no deposit taken put.
Please advise
