My wife was arrested for drink and driving 3 weeks ago , breathaliser and blood test done..
R1500 bail paid and a court date set for the 24 Jan 2024. She is now receiving phone calls from a police detective , who states that he has received her blood test back and would like to serve her a summons to appear in court on 29 November.Advising her she could receive a 3 monthds jail sentence.
Is this legit?
