Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng
I have a lease agreement signed in April 2024 for a one year lease with my tenant
They pay 2 or 3 days late. The rent due on 1st July was not paid and a letter of demand was sent and they paid on 31st July 2024
On 8th August the tenant still not paid for August rent. So i will send another letter of demand as they onyl seem to pay when i issue a letter
When can i send them a letter to cancel their lease agreement due to late payment.
I cannot send a letter of demand every month for rent
