I sold a used machine to a customer in September 2014. the Deposit and first months payment was received, the agreement was that the equipment was to be fully paid in payments until end of December 2014.

I did not receive any further payments since October 2014. When we contact the company the promise payment, but never pay. I have phoned them, send them messages, even went to see them, Still no payment.

1. Can we uplift the machine with cost of upliftment for their account.
2. What is the correct procedure to a follow
