Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State
I really would like to be advised on what to do, because I gave my car to someone last year in July 2014. The guy took my car with the intetion of buying and later when we discuss the selling price he said the price is too high for his pocket.
We then had to sit down and came up with another price but he again said no. I then told him that if he is not happy about the selling price, he better bring my vehicle back. Please take note that he took my car last year in July and to date he has not yet returned the car and everytime when I request him to please bring my car he keeps on prossing to but never fullfil his promisses.
Last year when he took my vehicle, it was in a running condition but now he is telling me that the car is not starting and he keeps promissing to fix it and bring. Remember the car papers are (NATIS PAPERS) are still with me and he once told me that he on several times went out of town with the car and was happy with the condition of the vehicle. When coming to the selling price, he now give me many stories and I even told him that we both agreed that I sell the cat to him as (FOOTSTOOT).
