Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Gauteng

Hi! I am under debt reveiw but failed to make payments due to the fact that I didnt put up a debit order & I was working in a neighboring country for the time being. Yesterday I received a email stating that the creditor is canceling my debt reweiw with mediate effect & are looking to reposses my car. I know I should have made plans to pay, but the outstanding amount on the few months I'm in arrears is reachable for me to still pay. What can I do if they do not want to except this or except it but still reposses my car. No one phoned me yet or demanded the car back & I did talk to the person dealing with my debt reveiw. She said she did contact them & are waiting for them to get back to her.
Regards
Mike
