Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Gauteng
My father was a police officer and got shot and killed while on duty.His case has been delayed since 2021 and struck off the roll late 2023.The killer was granted bail and is now roaming free I want to know if there is any way I can sue the court for not attending this matter and favoring the killer over the deceased victim or if there is a way this case can be reopened.
