Question posted in the General Law category relating to Free State

I wore working for a company but he did not pay me on date he paid me in drips and drabs. and on the 10 of april i still did not got my whole salary of March and then I diceded to leave that company. he still ows me the money for March and then half a month of April aswell. What can I do ?????
I where by labour in Welkom but it takes long and if they phone him he only gives promises or he doesn't pick up his phone. And I need that money to pay my debt
