Good evening, can I please find out if it is possible to sue Nsfas for wrongfully unfunding me. I received an email from them stating thst I have a dual registration so they will stop funding me until I confirm which institution I'm with. I firstly registred at UMPand sue to personal issues I had to deregister, and I did sent the proof of de-registration to nsfas right after I de registered and registered at UKZN. I've wrote then several emails stating that I'm studying at UKZN only but I have not gotten any response. everytime when I call I receive very bad service from the agents and I'm always told that the issue has been ascalated but nothing has been don, and it has been 8 months already.
