Hello

I moved into a new house in April. I sent numerous emails to the council requesting rates and water accounts, and for the account to be linked to my current Siyakhokha Municipal profile, I however only received my first account statement 4 Sept 2024. I settled the full amount on the 13th Sept, however the council have blocked my prepaid electricity meter.

How can I get this resolved firstly, and am I liable to claim damages for this inconvenience of not having power for 5 days.
