is there a law or legislation stating that nobody is allowed to post a picture on a social network of of a adult/child who is deceased/alive or criminal that has been arrested on a scene.

why iam asking this as a person has published a photo on Twitter of a deceased new born baby that was dumped in a drain and while posting this picture the deceased child was not covered up with a blanket or tried to cover up the face.
