I have not paid my rent for November as I had medical bills to urgently compensate for, awaiting for medical aid to reimburse, I have been diagnosed with cancer. The landlord took away my access to the complex, and I have to be treated as a visitor.  When myself or my kids dial from the gate, he barely answers.  He initially gave me in writing 20 business days to rectify payment or end of lease. He then just insisted I pay and the still leave. He has a deposit equal to 1 months rent. He now blocked my prepaid electricity meter, and I can't load electricity.  I am also diabetic and have my insulin in the fridge. Without the fridge my insulin will be ineffective. Himself and the rental agency dont answer my calls.
