Good day

My name is JP and I have a issue with a vehicle that I bought in December

Firstly the vehicle broke down after only 6 days in my possession.

Secondly we only found out this week the title is under review at the licencing department and marked as I roadworthy due to fraud. And he still has the papers with him.

I'm out of pocket by R65000 and the seller does not seem to really care.

I have approached him about both these matters trying to find a resolution but he says it was sold "voetstoots" and I have no foot to stand on.

I would like to know what I should do in order to get my money back?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
