Good day.

I have rented a servant courter/seperate enterance on a friend of myine premises which i bult out of my own pocket. we fisrt had an agreement the monthly rently will be R1500 pm for the lease . Then the landlod advise that we deduct R200 everymonth for the duration that we rent with him then the money goes toward the servant courter/seperate entaerance that i build ,so when lease end that the servant courter/seperate enterance will be his property.

After 3months he advise verbally, no we must stop this agreement and that he want his full R1500pm for rent he dont want anymore deductions. We moved out after several threats and him ending our lease.

We dont live there anymore more since June 2024 but know he refuse for us to come and break down my servant courter/seperate enterance that I build with my money.

What should i do now I dont wany to go onto his premises an break down my property as I am scared he might call police for entering without permission.

Please Help with advice.

Ladonna
