Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Limpopo

Hi, I bought a livestock in May 2020 that was suppose to be delivered to limpopo and also take a livestock insurance which they promise that they will refund me if anything or cover any cost that may raise before the livestock is delivered. Till today they haven't deliver the livestock and they also don't want to refund me the money that they promise me. Last week they sent me a fake prove of payment of which they later reversed the payment. I would like to know if I can take such case to court.

This sounds like a criminal case to me, and if so, you must definitely report it to SAPS for investigations.
