Question posted in the General Law category relating to Northern Cape

I was driving my friends car when the other car hit me from the side(driver side at the back), i stopped and the other cars driver with his friend started to bit me. I didn't strike back any of them, i just talked to the driver of the other and he said to me each must fix their problems on the car... no police and no cases and exchanged the numbers (because we were driving under the influence of alcohol)

So two days after the incident he contact me and demands i pay for his car, he say i claimed i work at the mine I'm at fault and i must pay... what must i do i see he is just after the money
