my question is on contract law when is a contract null and void?
I was stopped by a body lab gym "promoter" in her promotion of the product i signed a voucher not knowing it was a contract and to our agreement with her the contract would only take effect when i go to gym. But that was not the case.
I fully understand my error there but my question is based on the fact that there is a cancellation clause on the contract and right underneath the clause it requests that you sign to acknowledge that clause.
I did not sign the clause because i did not understand it.
When they were requesting that i make payment i requested they send me a copy of my contract and on the copy they sent another persons signature is signed where i did not sign.
Is this contract still valid?
