Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Mpumalanga
Good day,
My ex husband has not paid mantenance for more than a year now. Every time I speak to him about it he becomes abusive and threatening. He has moved more than 700km away from my son to be with his new family. He pays my son's school fees and that is it.
His salary is almost 4x what mine is and still he refuses. When he sees his son once or maybe twice a year, he doesn't pick him up or drop him off himself. The last time my son was with his father for a weekend, my son was send back home with strangers who happend to live in the same area as I do.
He is abusive towards me and phones my son to tell him what a horrible person I am.
My son is 10.
Is there anything I can do.
