good day

i had an appointment with a hairdresser to do hair extensions ,she had bought them from another cliennt and charged me R2500 for colour of my own hair extension cut and instalation ,went to do it tuesday and she did not deliver what i wanted ,then we rescheduled a appointment the following day at 3 got there and she told me we will fix it ,around 6 she let me know she doesn't have the tapes for the extensions . i left the appointment once again dissapointed .i had sent her a message and asked for R1000 REFUND AS I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK ,she agreed on it for me to collect the cash ,when i am there to collect she want to speak to a lawyer and find out if she must pay it back ,she also told me i can take the hair but she will not be refunding me ,i can not do anything with the hair as it is not how i wanted it 

please advise
