Question posted in the Family Law category relating to North West

What are my rights as a child when my mom passes away and my father was having an affair and he did served my mom with divorce papers asking to share property as they were married in community of property but the matter never went father after my mom's lawyer sent him papers refusing to share any of the property as he has not been faithful and disappeared for years and had kids with his mistress and now less than 3 months after my mom's death he is bringing that family of his to our home (mom's house)?
