Good morning

My question is regarding rental property.

I live in a complex. I recently received an addedum which after i sign will be added to my initial lease agreement. My question is , i am aware that the landlord should give notice to come and inspect the property so i can accomodate him/her. Is this only relevant for stand alone property or does this apply to complexes as well. The inspection he or she wants to do is inspection of the yard and not my unit itself.

Thank you
