Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
On 19th May 2025 I was forcefully removed from work premises after I refused to perform certain duties as a result of an injury that I sustained at work.
On 20 may 2025 I returned to work and was forcefully removed again and security was instructed not to allow me back on the premises where I work and to make sure that I clock out.
There was no disciplinary or any process followed.
I did not return to work on the 21st. Was I right to assume that I was dismissed?
