Good day

I have the following scenario I would like advise on:

I have an unruly neighbour in my block of flats, who happens to be an owner and part of the body corporate.

I have made numerous complaints against him and his behaviour to the body corporate with no reply.

He became abusive towards me and threatened by life so I went and got a protection order from the court.

He told me himself and some of his friends in the flats want me out.

Due to the fact I feel unsafe there now, I would actually like to move. However, my question is:

I am not in a financial position to move and I feel that due the fact he has threatned me and claims he wants me out the complex, I feel he should be liable for the expense of my move. Ie: To pay for the deposit on a new flat as well as the expense of a removal company.

Please advise where I stand legally in this regard? The body corporate sent an email the owner of my flat to say they have nothing to do with this as he stand as a private entity in this regard and not part of the body corp.
