Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
My uncle passed away in 2004 and his wife in 2005. The were married but had no childen my uncle had two children from his past relationships. His sister in law wants to sell the house cause she has a Letter of Authority. The Master of High Court also issued a Letter of Execurship to my grand mother who is also deceased now. I would like to know if its possible for his sister in law to sell the house
