i just want to know what my rights as mother and wife are, my husband kicked my out off our joined property when i left for work he changed the locks 5 months ago, he say he wants a devorce but does nothing about it, this all happend just because i wasnt happy about him working till 5 in the mornings every tuesday saterdays and sundays he never made time for me or the children' the children is with him and i hardly see my kids , from the start of this he just ignore the problem i am the only one thats blamed, he always change the subgect when i want to talk to him about it he runs away, but still wants to have sex with me atleast ones a week .
Im desprate to save my marraige but cant do it on my own
