Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
I was suspended pending investigation for the follwing charges:
Gross Miscondct: it is alleged that I made fradulent and false mirepresentation when I knowingly forged documentation.
Gross Dishonesty : Falsified information
Breach of Conrtact: as a recusult of the above two charges
I was cahrged as guilty of firstly forging one signature on the surrender form. When I exlained the form and how the signature could not have been forged then I was accused of forging the second signature. I said that the signatory of the second signature was available to sign specimen signatures to prove that I too did not forge that signature and then it was brushed aside and moved on.
It was decided that I was guilty and instead of a dismissal it was a "mutual agreement" that we could not work together.
There were many other points, but what I need advise on is the false accusation/allegation of the forgerty. Misconduct and Dishonesty.
