I have asked a tenant to leave that is running a bussiness from my home but is not paying rent. She collects rent from her people living in my home but does not pay me my rent as agreed. She got herself a court order to stay on a farm in Mamre that she has also just taken from someone else. Her oath is that I have thrown her out she has nowhere else to go. She is now got of her people on the land and still living in my house 4 months later. What can the law do if I physically throw them out end month. There has been no rent for last 7 months.
