I'm asking on behalf of my brother,he got into a fight yesterday with a couple who was coming outside their home with a car.he was reversing and he tried to warn him that he must look out for the car behind him,the man got angry because he called him uncle.they were changing words against each other so he left and ignored them but he came chasing my brother with his gf and the women came out of the car and slapped him with a hot clap and he did same and now they have opened a case of assault against him.the police were here but he was out so they said he must come there in the morning,what must we do?
