Question posted in the General Law category relating to North West
Good day, A friend has a situation, Her late father's belongings were divided among the three children through court, the bank was tasked with distributing the monies among them, but she never recieved her money, while the other 2 got their money a few months back, at first they told her it was a problem with her account of which she had to open another account, today she went back to the bank and was told one of the siblings had submitted a letter stating that she didn't believe that indeed she was the daughter to her late father. Property was shared accordingly without any problem but the problem just raised when it comes to money. She would really appreciate your advice
