In my Father's Will there are 4 beneficiaries. Myself son,two sisters and a so called life partner whom moved in less than a year after my mom's death with the explanation of saving living costs. Father pensioner and she is employed. Father on constant oxygen and she took him by wheelchair to bank to change his Will 2 months before he died and she got signing rights on bank accounts the same day. Will and testament given to me in my hands the morning of his death. Cash transfers and withdrawal made amounting to R40 000 after day of death. Inconsistent cash withdrawal of R 8000 the night before death? An amount of R72 700 paid into her personnel bank account before death yet he canceled his medical aid saying he could not afford anymore. She told family telephonically after death that he wanted to remove children from will and she told him not to? She Tried to claim his living annuity  lump sum only to find out my deceased mother was still a beneficiary. A L&D was sent to master with R40 000 withdrawn after death to be removed from her portion and approved. She has sent an objection and we are waiting from Master what the objection is? The statements before death shows she made no contribution towards living expenses and the more I scrutinize the situation the more I'm convinced of undue influence? Your thoughts?
