Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
I did not put in a value on my first email. Can I say the value is R200. I am not certain what value would be correct.
R4000 was debited to my Makro account that I am not responsible for. I never made that purchase. I emailed them all the relevant copies of I D, Makro account card, my signature and an affidavit to alldisputes @recsgroup and allad fraud@rcsgroup but have never received a reply. An email was sent to say my dispute wold be escalated to relevant dept. That is where the whole issue died.
I don't know how to solve this matter. I am a pensioner and dread to think what a lawyer's appointment would cost.
I would be greatly obliged for your advise.
I am sure they have to send me proof of purchase but I get no comeback on any of my questions.
Yours faithfully,
Bernice Mitchell
